LET'S THINK

what is a business?

Sale: a conversation between me and a person who is willing to pay me in return for a service or a product.

But from where this person came to me and how?

Marketing: He came to me when he saw me on YouTube
Branding: He researched me on Google and LinkedIn and got my contact info

Customer loyalty, and support: Now he is coming again and again which is generating recurring revenue, and its my duty to keep the promises and serve in a better way!

Emotional attachment: He is speaking for me in his circle, and fighting for me in his circle!

Digital platforms: He lives in America, but I live in INDIA, we talk on WhatsApp and online meetings.

Accounting: As I'm doing business with him, I have to manage profits and costs, expenses.

Team & Employees: As more people are connecting with me for business, I want help.

This is a simple definition i can provide so you can understand what an actual business is.

Please don't overwhelm yourself with excessive information on the internet regarding business.

Business is simple, keep it simple, make it simple if it's not.
